About Wakfu

Wakfu is Dofus's more action-minded sibling: another Ankama MMORPG with tactical, turn-based grid combat and a striking cartoon art style. Its twist is a living ecosystem and player-run politics, where your actions ripple through the world.

Crafting, professions and a real economy sit at its heart, and elections actually put players in charge of nations. It's free to start with an optional subscription. The turn-based pace and unusual systems won't suit everyone, but few MMORPGs are this distinctive.
